This item is a 2-pack of manual diaphrams with the stem that works on the manual Avent Isis pumps. I have the Isis Duo electric pump, which has the parts to make one of the heads manual, which is so convenient. However, the pump kit comes with only one of these stemmed diaphrams, however I pump twice a day at work using the manual attachment and dont want to wash it so I needed more. They are impossible to find in stores. Good job Amazon for having them in stock!

This came with my electric pump, in case I wanted to use it as a manual pump. It creates a gentle suction, but the whole pump set was wonderful. It was easy to clean, and is durable yet pliable - even after months and months of use.

I have been using my manual isis pumps for 9 months, and the suction was starting to get a bit weak. I replaced these and the valves, and the problem has been solved. For less than $25, I can continue nursing. worth every penny.
