My toddler is the best judge of this product and he seems to love it. I feel comfortable with it having a bit more shock on the board than the Lasco board. It seems to handle the bump well provided my kid doesn't let go whenever we go over a bump... He seems to think the bump as a game. Go figure. I only give it a 4 stars than 5 because I noticed it bend a bit after a few usages. Maybe from the wear and tear and I can push it back into its original shape.

Have had this product for over two months and have used it for my 2.5 yr old all over NYC. I was concerned that it would break like other users mentioned with the Lascal but mine is doing fine and survived a really cold winter. The pieces are really sturdy and I don't see how it could break. I like that it is easily adjustable and look forward to switching it from my Graco Snap-n-Go on to my MacClaren Quest once my 3 month old is old enough to sit in it. As another parent mentioned, if your stroller handle bar is not adjustable you will find yourself taking smaller steps or walking alongside the stroller.
Overall it does the job and I have already recommended it to other parents.

I had high hopes that my 2 year old son would love it and allow my wife to move around malls, sidewalks and parks. It arrived in good condition and was easy to setup on my Graco Mosaic stroller. It is sturdy and easy to attach/detach. My son likes peering into my 1 month old daughter's car carrier while he rides.
Unfortunately, the stroller handles are too short and we either have to take small steps or walk alongside the stroller, a more difficult walk than we would have liked. Backing up out of elevators tilts the platform when it crosses the threshold, causing imbalance just when we need the balance. It also doesn't have a warranty in the United States.
This leads to a final score of 3/5. Good luck with your decision.

This little apparatus is well-designed - it fits the stroller well, and moves very smoothly. We haven't used it very much, so I'll revise in a few months, but so far our little girl loves it.
The only issue is that it is a little confusing to assemble. It's not brain-shatteringly complex, but the instructions could be written a little more clearly.
We'd recommend this product.

Pros:
1. Works great with different models of strollers - very, very flexibile design
2. Superb quality through out - SAFE
3. My 2.5 y.o. loves it - cushy, sturdy ride.
Cons:
1. Installation instructions suck - in the end, you will, of course, figure it out - but might take you some time (took me 15 min to figure it out, and an additional 10 min to actually put it together)

My 5 year old loves this and so do I. He can hop on whenever he pleases and I can keep him close when needed. It was fairly easy to install (I have 2009 model) and the stroller is just as smooth to steer/control with my 40 lb 5 year old on the board. The board does get in my way with my longish stride, however, I am 5'8".
If you have an older child and this stroller, this is a MUST HAVE.

I have the Vista and the piggyback. My 35 month old was on the board and he pulled the stroller over on top of him with my 7 week old in the car seat. I am extremely disappointed in UppaBaby and their lack of response and not willing to take the stroller back. I will not use the piggyback and the stroller is worthless to me without it since I could have gotten a muche cheaper double stroller.

This is the best! The piggyback has been a huge hit at our house with my almost 5 year old. We use it all the time. It was easy to install, although I was concerned about the brake lines as another reviewer stated that the piggy back interfered with her brake. The instruction don't really point out what to do. So I put the clips over the brake lines and we haven't had any brake issues.
One thing to remember is that, yes, the piggyback does make the stroller more cumbersome. In our case a 44" tall and 42 pound child is now riding on a board attached to the stroller, so yes a bit more pushing is involved. I also have to shorten my stride when the board is in use. That said I can still push the stroller, with both kids in it, one-handed.
The board is definitely worth it.

I have been using the Piggy Back for a few months now, and absolutely love it! My baby is now 7 months old and loves to stare at my 5 year old daughter while we walk around the neighborhood together. She is a bit tall and weighs at least 45 pounds, but we get on just fine. The only problem is that if you have long legs, you will kick the board. It helps to extend the handlebar but nonetheless, it will get in the way of long strides.
Installation wasn't too bad and the stroller is still manageable to fold up with the Piggy Back.
Overall, I am very happy with my Uppa Baby stroller.

I give this product 3 stars only because I am willing to entertain the possibility that 1) I couldn't figure out how to install it correctly (though I'm pretty good at that sort of thing generally); or 2) it works better with the new frame (mine is from 2007). Otherwise I would give it a 2 star.
My issues with this product were as follows:
1) It was very complicated to install, as it was hard to work it around the break.
2) Sometimes after I attached it the break would spontaneously engage while I was pushing the stroller.
3) Overall, it made the stroller extremely cumbersome--it is VERY heavy and did not steer smoothly. I have never used one of these skateboard things before, so perhaps that is just the price to pay, but I was unimpressed nonetheless.
4) Finally, it just was not comfortable for my son (I was using it with the bassinet attachment, not sure if that made a difference).
I returned this product (after another 20 minutes to take it off).
