Having used other brand strollers (Graco, Evenflo), the Pliko P3 has it's advantages and disadvantages. One, it is lighter than most and once you get comfortable with folding and unfolding, is more compact. I like the telescoping handles and the breathable fabric. My baby seems to be comfortable in it as well. It moves and travels over various surfaces easily. The major downside to this stroller is the cost. I bought the stroller to match the car seat, however, I'm not sure that the stroller is worth the money. We'll see over time, since my baby is only 2 weeks old. Also, there are not any storage compartments, the drink holder is small, so everything has to go in the basket. Overall, I don't regret the purchase and it functions as it is supposed to.

We purchased a Peg Perego Pliko P3 in 2007 and used it for 1 month at the time with our then 13 month old daughter. It then sat in storage until April 2010 when we pulled it out again to use with our infant son and now 4 year old daughter. It has been used a total of 6 months in its entire lifetime, and it is already falling apart.
The following are our complaints:
1) Harness is poorly constructed. If you like giving your youngster lots of mobility, then the "hook-on" harness should not bother you. However, it falls out of its "hook" easily and is not meant to hold a child in place. Also, the last straw for us happened this year (remember -- less than 6 months of usage!) when one of the screws that holds the harness "belt" in place just fell out of the stroller! Now only one side of the harness works. So not only does the harness fall off its hook easily, the belt that held it secure is now broken. Unbelievable.
2) Padding is poor and cheap. The padding on the edges of the stroller seat (on either side of youngster's legs) ripped within its first month of usage back in 2007, so the metal frame on the seat is now exposed. The cheap fabric on the hood wore out in less than 5 months of usage and ripped in numerous places, exposing the plastic frame on the hood. Ugh!
3) Cupholder screw fell out in less than 4 months, and cupholder is no longer usable.
I do agree that it folds easily (once you learn the mechanism!), and it has been very useful to have a place for my 4 year old to stand on and ride along while the toddler sits in the seat.
However, I must reiterate that this stroller has *not* been heavily used, yet it has fallen apart in less than 6 months. Please be wise, pay attention to the concerns that other reviewers have made about its "plastic" parts and delicate construction, and put your $329+ to better use with a sturdier stroller! We will be looking elsewhere!

I am very picky with strollers and since having my 3rd child in November of 2009 I have purchased 3 strollers (joovy ergo, phil and teds dash doubles, and this Peg perego). I have to say this is by far my favorite.
Pros:
1. Lightweight
2. Folds sooo easy, I can do it with my son in my arms
3. stands up on it's own after folded,so the fabric isn't laying on the road
4. LOVE LOVE LOVE that my toddler can ride on the back, and we don't have to always have our huge double out
5. The tropical color is fabulous for boys, love it
6. I found the basket easy to access and use, and think it is plenty big
7. Canopy is huge and keeps my tike nice and cool
8. The handles come up and down to adjust to your height or preference:)
9. Soooo easy to push around, even with my 30lb 4 year old on the back
Cons:
1. Although it hasn't broken at all yet, I find myself taking really special care with it. It seems to be mostly made of plastic and I am always worried that we will break this 300 buck stroller:(
2. The cup holder leaves something to be desired, it always snaps off and really doesn't fit a lot of my cups.
3. I seem to always need to retighten my sons harness, I don't know how but it is always loosening.
Overall I would say this stroller is wonderful. It offered me everything I wanted (compact, lightweight, able to carry 2). So I would say if you think you need the extra footboard on the back, then this is the stroller for you. If you don't need that footboard, then maybe something more durable and affordable would be a wiser choice:)

I bought the Pilko P3 7 years ago and used it with two kids and then my friend used it after that. So this review isn't for this exact model but I can't imagine the Pilko P3 has chnaged much since.
I used it 6-10 times a week every week for 3 years. Which means I open and close it 12-20 times a week and it held up great! After researching strollers for hours and hours I was in limbo with one of those Graco (or similar brand) travel systems and this stroller. We decided on one of the Graco Travel systems and were very unhappy. The price tag is hard to beat but they are SO big, SO heavy, you need a forklift to get them in the car, you need an SUV to fit them, it was very hard to push, the wheels were squeaky right away, the fabric was ugly, it felt cheap, etc.
After seeing that, I returned it and spent the extra money for this stroller, and I am SOOOOO happy I did. The fabric looks great and I let my kids eat and drink in there all the time. I can't tell you how many bottles have leaked, cracker crumbs spilled, etc., etc. and I didn't had to do anything but wipe it a few times with wet wipes. I am not joking. The fabric did not tear and didn't look faded in the least. But I also always store it in doors.
It is light, and very easy to push and smooth smooth smooth! I am still amazed that it's everything - very plush, comfortable, light and compact. How'd they do it???? It was very comfortable for my 40 lbs. three year old and also very comfortable for my 20 lbs. one year old. It fit nicely in my small car, and my large SUV.
It has some things that could stand improvement and maybe they have with this model? There is no parent tray (annoying!) but if that's what I have to loose for this compact stroller I will. I just hung my purse over one of the handles and I didn't have any problems. It didn't seem to veer to one side when I did that either. I also hung my diaper bag over the back too. The drink holder for the parent is so small it doesn't hold the average water bottle and it broke off in 2 months - ANNOYING after paying so much. Instead I just tucked it into the huge sun canopy, as when it's not being used it formed nice large folds to store things in.
Also when I first bought it, the sun canopy kept unclipping on one side and I had to keep popping it back into place. I am almost 100% positive I had a defective hood as none of my friends had that problem.
All three of my friends who got the larger Graco ones regretted it, and one actually went and bought one of these.
The selling points for me are:
1) The HUGE sun canopy that is so large it can be pushed down all the way so as to cover your baby up completely so is perfect for when the sun in low in the sky and your walking towards it, or when it's windy. Nobody beats Peg Pergo and their sun canopies.
2) The recline. It reclines flat or almost flat and very easily.
3) Easy and smooth pushing.
4) Snack tray and cup holder that can unhook on one side so you can push it open for diaper changes - or come off completely if your child doesn't want it. My kids are snackers - so I don't buy a stroller unless it's got this feature.
5) Easy folding and light.
I LOVE Peg Perego's harness system that is 5point but also unhooks from the back of the seat so that they can sit forward. They are still hooked in to the 5 point system and still connected to the stroller, but they have much move movability without any danger or chance of escape. I LOVE this and so do my WIGGGGGGLY toddlers.
If the price tag is too much the Combi SoHo is awesome too!
I also love, love, love, love LOVE the Bob Stroller. I had one and almost prefer it over this.

It's beautiful and it looks sturdy and good quality, but haven't been able to use it yet because baby hasn't arrived. Once baby is here, I'll review ease to use, functionality. In the meantime I just can say it looks fantastic and works perfect with the Primo Viaggio car seat (which also is Paloma). It just clicks and that's it.
