I purchased this for a Graco Mosaic umbrella stroller that was a floor model missing the cup holder. The carry all cup holder meets my needs for a dual cup holder on my stroller. It is heavy canvas and holds two 20 oz water bottles well. The middle pockets are a bit small as they are fairly flat and don't hold much (a thin cell phone is about all - thicker flip phones don't work; nor do bulky keys - as shown in the picture.) If you are going to purchase this, measure your stroller width first as it fits my Graco stroller, but I can see it not fitting others.

Works great for our trips to the mall. We generally use covered containers and this works well for us. I attached it pretty quickly and it just folds down with the stroller. It is pretty thick fabric compared to the JL Childress one I tried & returned. I prefer the Carry You one as it is sturdier and the drink holders are larger, more for parent drinks instead of just kids'.

You can't really hold drink cups in this stroller organizer. They fall over and spill. It's good for bottles and sippy-cups and soda cans, though.
Not much room to store anything else. You're much better off with something made by Skip Hop, like the Skip Hop Diaper Bag-Black Duo Deluxe:
