"Poor Quality - Falling apart within 7 months" 2010-05-25
By R. Walton
We got this bag because our friends got this bag. They got it a few months before us. We liked the features, but the quality has left much to be desired. One of the zipper pull-tabs came off and we had to use a safety pin to zip the main compartment. JJ Cole sent us a new tab asking us to use pliers to bend the zipper and replace the pull-tab. Now the other pull-tab is breaking.

The seam binding is fraying and other seams are coming apart. This all happened in the first 7 months. JJ Cole has helped us replace the pull-tab, we will see how they help with the seam issues.

 "Reliable and Fuctional" 2010-05-02
By Leah (Greenwood, Seychelles)
i abused this bag for over 3 years before the zipper on the main compartment finally gave out. It always was able to hold what i needed and sometimes more that it probably should have. There were plenty of pockets of various sizes to hold pretty much every conceivable baby related thing. i particularly liked the top zippered "MP3" pocket, which i always used for my phone and keys. i'm really only writing this review to counterbalance some of the awful reviews written. The stroller straps for one. A reviewer said that they were "garbage" and that hers broke almost at once. i'm sorry that this happened... but mine are AWESOME! They stay attached to the stroller and i've used them to hang all sorts of things (water bottles, shoes, jackets, flashlights, umbrellas, backpacks) not just the diaper bag. i've never had an issue with weight. They are very durable. If i had a complaint it would be that the main compartment opening is a little narrow, but honestly, its never really caused a problem. i love the paci pod and the changing pad, which btw has an open pocket that will fit a diaper and a travel pack of wipes, a hidden pocket that will fit another diaper and a zippered pocket to hold whatever (i used it for diaper cream). It folds up and velcros shut. All in all a great bag. If i'm not able to find something similar (i kind of would like to try something else) then i'll definitely be buying this one again.

 "Awesome bag!" 2010-04-08
By TripleB (South Florida)
Really one of my best purchases. I bought this bag at first because I thought it was stylish, I knew my husband wouldn't mind carrying it, and I really liked the material. This bag has so much more though, I get compliments and inquiries about it every where I go. The changing pad is wonderful and has a built in compartment for wipes. The bag also has a great compartment for wipes near the top zipper. It also comes with a very nice pacifier tote. It has like 8 side pockets inside that are perfect for diapers. There are also very sturdy rings that work very well with single bar and handle strollers. There is a pocket for your cell phone and two side pockets that are great for bottles, keys, or toys. And the front flap opens to reveal yet more wonderful compartments for all of your personal stuff - money, ID, credit cards, or whatever else you want. Truly a phenomenal bag.

 "Not durable and impractical" 2010-03-18
By Tina Conrad (Red Bank, NJ United States)
I loved the colors and look of this bag, as well as the compartment for the changing pad, so I was thrilled to get it at my shower. I quickly learned how cramped the diaper bag truly was. I could barely fit a newborn change of clothes, a bottle, and wipes in it, let alone anything else. I began to stuff the bag and then I couldn't find anything when I needed it. The bag tore at the seams in about 4 months because it couldn't hold up against being stuffed full.

I bought a cute monogrammed tote from Lands End and I love it. It was only $25.00

 "Do Not Recommend" 2010-03-11
By TAV (Maryland)
When I first bought this bag, I was happy with it. I liked the different compartments it had to put things in, the changing pad it comes with is really handy when you're out and about, and I liked the fact that it was a messenger bag. I picked it because I liked the way it looked, and I thought the padding on the strap would be more comfortable than other diaper bags out there (although it did hurt my neck and back after carrying it for a while). My problem with the bag is that it didn't take long before it started becoming frayed and eventually it got so worn, that the main compartment of the zipper broke and it was no longer usable. I don't remember how long it took for it to break, but it was before I was ready to retire the diaper bag. I'm in the market for a new diaper bag for my second baby, but I will definitely not be buying this one again.
