My Schwinn Hope Jogging Stroller arrived today, four days ahead of the earliest estimated arrival date. It was in perfect condition, and it only took my husband a few minutes to assemble it. I went with my oldest daughter and my two and a half month old who was in this new stroller for a four mile night jog/walk. Only three minutes out, my little darling was lulled to sleep, and only awakened briefly on the walk, but shortly dozed off contentedly again. Her ride was extremely smooth whether I was walking or jogging. I loved the rain gear, and put it down to eliminate flying insect entry and to keep the wind off of her. I felt secure, as I could see her at all times by the light from the streetlights through the top window and the rain gear. I am so happy that I'll be able to get back into shape, and that this stroller is as comfortable and easy to handle, as I had hoped. I doubt that there is a better bargain out there. I can't believe that some people spend many hundreds of dollars for a stroller, when this stroller has every necessary function, comfort, and it's quite affordable.

I did a whole lot of research before I decided to purchase this jogger. It wasn't very hard to put together, but I have been having problems with the breaks. They don't work when I pull the break handle. The back break works great and I never use the normal break any way. It's easy to maneuver if you know how to. It is a bit heavy but I think its because my daughters sitting in it. It gives you more of a workout. I really enjoy it I'm giving it three stars because of the breaks.

Bought this jogging stroller after borrowing an old Babyjogger from a friend. I did a good deal of shopping around and even talked to a service rep. from another company about some of their options. This stroller was priced right and had most of the featutres I wanted (no clock, but few jogging strollers have them).
PROS: As a bonus, it has a rain shield is permanently zipped into the sunshade so it is fast to deploy and you don't have to spend extra to buy one. It was easy to assemble even for my non-direction-reading husband. The wheels are smooth running and the adjustable height handle is great. I had a brief problem with it pulling right but adjusting it was super easy (even on the road without my manual). The big wheels and shocks make sidewalk bumps a breeze -- SO much better than a conventional stroller. It is a bit difficult to steer at low speeds (walking) but all you really have to do is push down on the handle to lift the front wheel and it turns easily. It's not made for the mall, so don't expect it to be suited for that application! I didnt' want a swivel wheel, because they can sometimes jam on bumps. The 2 break options are great as is the leash. I can let go of the stroller when jogging and have no problem reeling it back in. The rear wheel break system is very easy to use and quite firm. Much better than the front only break on my friend's jogger and better than the break on my full sized Graco as well. When it's on it's on and you can't push the stroller at all. Finally, I think that when it's all folded up it may be almost exactly the same size as my full sized stroller making it just as easy (or not easy) to take on trips. My 14 month old likes the padded seat -- she rests her head on the side comfortably while we walk or jog. I like the zip pocket in the back for wallet and cell phone. The parent tray is a nice bonus as well that is not available on all strollers. I like the mesh back. I think it will allow more air through in the hot and humid days of summer.
CONS: I do agree with others that the basket underneath is hangs too low and am trying to think of a way to rig it so it might carry heavier stuff. The design problem is that it is hung on a wire loop that is only secured at the front of the stroller and has no support by the back wheels. I have not had any problems with it, but am concerned that if I put a few water bottles in it it pr something heavy it would bottom out on bumps. The hip belt seems snug even on my 14 month old -- I'll look into adjusting that better but I'm not sure it does. The sun shade tends to not look as crisp on mine as it does in the picture. Maybe it will settle in over time. I have run with this a few times and it is quite comfortable.
Summary: This is a great jogging stroller for the money. It has almost replaced our full-sized Graco stroller for walks around the neighborhood, the park, and camping. Well worth the money if you are trying to get back in shape or want a smoother ride for baby.

This stroller is a great buy. I am 5'2" so it may not be great for someone that is really tall but the handle does adjust for different heights. It is a great stroller for running.
