I had first given a great review on this product, but since Im a woman Im allowed to change my mind.(haha) I couldnt ever get it to recline and when I finally did I ended up breaking it,so whenever I wanted him to recline it wouldnt stay. That I could live without. The problem was it was very hard to monuver in tight spaces. I would have my older son watch him while I had to step away just to look at something in the store when I couldnt push the stroller cause of the little space. I did love the fact that we can have your child face you. Well I hope that this helps even if it means I now give it one star.

This is the worst made stroller I have ever seen! You really do get what you pay for here. The instruction manual is one page and not very clear - I am used to product registration and booklets coming with baby gear. The cheap-hollow plastic wheels are locked and don't turn, the frame is very flimsy. I attempted to use it for the first time today and felt if was very unsafe for my 4 month old. Most of the stroller is plastic. The seat moves up and down too easily. I can just see my 4 year old climbing in and the stroller falling apart. Scary! Perhaps I will have to fork over the extra $400 to get a better stroller.

Well, the title pretty much says it all. Although it doesn't fold down perfectly flat, it fit in the trunk of my mom's Saturn Ion sedan with plenty of room for many shopping bags. [I have 2 minivans--so no problem about the folding there. I did find it easiest to compact when taking off the seat, which is very easy to do.]
The fact that the seat can be turned to face the person pushing and reclined to be a pram makes it all worth while. Our nearly-three-month-old loves it, and when she gets bigger, she'll be able to sit in it.

My daughter is now 7 months old and we have been researching strollers since before she was born. There are so many on the market and every parent has different needs when it comes to choosing one. We have an umbrella stroller that is fine, except when we are out for extended periods and our daughter needs to sleep. Then we have a Jeep three wheeler stroller which reclines really nicely, is iPod ready but terrible to navigate in malls, Disney and crowded places and a great physical challenge to fold and load into our SUV (Pilot). I generally use this one for neighborhood walks.
We really wanted to purchase a stroller that was lightweight, reclined and was comfortable for baby. We fell in love with the Maxi Cosi Foray; however were not willing to spend more than $300 for a stroller that we would use infrequently.
The Dream On Me Deluxe cost $[...] at Amazon and came with free shipping; it is $[...] at [...]! It was ordered on Monday and delivered the following Thursday!
This stroller took 10 minutes to put together. You definitely get what you pay for and the overall product is economically made but very functional. The fabric is thin, unpadded nylon; our daughter was comfortable and strapped (5 point harness) in easily and securely. We actually like the fact that it is thin; we live in Florida and so we feel the fabric allows for ventilation. I could also pad the seat with a blanket, however that does not seem necessary. The wheels are plastic and not air filled; my husband was not so happy about this but I am since I am hopeless at filling them when they deflate - the ride is still very smooth with the plastic wheels. The under basket is a generous size and the handle to push is flexible for height adjustment and when adjusted it actually forces you to walk a step back, preventing you from stepping on the rear wheels.
The overall look of the stroller is modern and sleek, even though the frame is definitely much more basic than others on the market. The recline is great; when our daughter needs to sleep it reclines flat and she sleeps like...a baby. The recline button takes some fiddling around to get it right; we probably just need to practice more - every stroller has it's own way and every parent has to learn each piece of equipment. The stroller is lightweight and super easy to push, even with one hand. We can lift it easily into the trunk of our Honda Pilot without folding, when folded it is pretty compact too. Another great factor of this stroller is that the baby can be forward or rear facing; great for us right now since our daughter fusses a lot but actually stays in this stroller without any struggle since she can always see us. When she gets bigger and more curious we can flip the seat (lift out, turn and set back in place) so she can explore and see her world.
CONS
The sun shade is way too small. I had read this on reviews prior to purchase, so at purchase I added a universal sun shade to my order for $15. I have used one of these in the past and they work well when you are out for extended periods and want to keep baby in the shade.
There are no cup holders; we added that to our cart too for an extra $10.
I gave this product 4 stars; losing half a star for the inadequate shade and another half for no provision of parent cup holder. It could also use a child snack tray; that we can live without.
So the stroller cost us more to upgrade to meet our needs but still cost much less than many of the other strollers on the market. The stroller is still new for us and we do not use it every day, so far we are really happy with our choice and the price too!

For less than $[...](which translates to merely $[...] if you were to buy it in a local store here in California), you can't get yourself a better stroller than this one!
Pros: decent size, lightweight, big storage basket, nice fabric, easy to install and maneuver, reclining and dual-direction seat is very convenient and baby likes it
Cons: short canopy! folding the stroller and switching seat direction ain't as smooth as they're supposed to be although one can get used it after few practices
