A stiffer suspension maximizes maneuverability and response while jogging, and 16? aluminum wheels with high-pressure, slick road tires provide a smooth, seamless roll. This is the best Baby Gift we recieved. My wife and I use it daily. Have done 3 hour runs with it. Our daughter loves it and so do we. Already on our second set of tires. In 2 years it has performed flawlessly and seen a LOT of miles.

This is the Lexus of strollers! Before baby I ran 20-30 miles a week. After baby I didn't think I'd get to run much, but this puppy was the only thing that put him to sleep! 1/4 mile away from the house and he was out like a light. Some might not like that the front wheel is stationary, but I didn't find it to be an issue. I like the wheel suspension on the bumpy city streets and sidewalks. The handle has a nice cushy grip with conveniently positioned hand brake. The quality on this stroller would be hard to match as the reviews support. One item I must point out of which I wasn't sure is the infant seat adapter does fit the Chicco KeyFit 30. You'll need the adapter if you're wanting to get a new baby on the road.

I agree with most of teh other reviews but I wanted to post just to let people know the downsides that I experienced, in case its an issue for you.
This stroller is very well designed, and on the track or any long straightaway it's almost weight-less and I love it.
But if you run in an urban area with twists and turns and curbs and cracked cement, it's kind of a pain in the butt to maneuver this stroller due to the fixed front wheel.
It does fold easily-- if the intent is to fold and throw in the back of an SUV to take it to the park.
But it doesn't secure when it's folded, (it will just flop open if you dont hold it together) so trying carrying this monster up and down 4 flights of stairs with a child in the other hand is quite a workout on its own, and nearly dangerous! I usually need assistance just to get in and out with it.
The other big suprise is that my son, at 20 months or so, seems to have nearly outgrown it. He is on the tall size for his age, but he's not even 2 yet and his head hits the lip at the top of the backrest!
For $350 I really thought this stroller would last more than from age 8 months til 22 months of age! Very disappointed about that!
Most strollers are meant for early childhood not just under age 2.
Although the stroller is a thing of beauty and works magically on while on a track.. I would never buy this again or recommend it to others.
I think many of the reviewers might have babies that haven't pushed the limits yet. When my son was 12 months I would have written a 4-star review.

The BOB Ironman stroller is amazing! My wife and I are both avid runners and we wanted a stroller that was easy to maneuver and also provided our one year old daughter with a really safe comfortable ride. The BOB fits the bill. It is so easy to push over all types of terrain, whether it be blacktop running tracks, grassy parks, or gravel. The huge tires and super shocks give such a smooth ride. My wife even took our daughter blueberry picking on a farm with the BOB and together they sailed over the bumpy sandy soil. The stroller has replaced our other stroller system and we use the BOB everywhere, even in the grocery store. The fabric is great and wipes right off and there is a nice sized storage area on the bottom. The storage compartment by the handlebar is perfect for a cell phone, car keys, a baby bottle, and a water bottle. Additionally, the yellow color is really sharp and is very easy to spot whether you are on the road or running in a wooded area. When my wife and I are running at different speeds at our local reservoir I never lose sight of her and our daughter. The color is not only attractive, but a great safety feature. The oversized sunshade is huge and provides ample protection. The harness system is a snap and is so well padded and comfortable. Our daughter loves the BOB and happily sits in there for huge amounts of time, all the while kicking her little feet and seeming to marvel at how much room she has. She has an unobstructed view and loves to relax and enjoy being outside while Mommy and Daddy run. The BOB folds up in 2 seconds flat and is really lightweight. My wife throws it right in the back of her SUV and it practically takes up no room room at all. We are all so pleased with the Ironman stroller and recommend it without reservation!

If you are a runner this stroller is for you. Just the fact that you can fine tune the front wheel alignment makes this a huge step above many others. If your questioning buying this go to a local running store and take it for a spin and then purposely misalign the front wheel and take it for another spin and that is what you would have to deal with the cheaper model running strollers.
