It is a great looking bag, but I wish it had more room to carry more things. I find it difficult to carry everything. I also do NOT like the magnetic closing. If the bag is so pack (which it always is)it doesn't close and then you would be concerned someone might steal something or something might drop out. All is all I think the bag is okay. It has it's pro and cons like all items do!

I fell in love with the looks of this bag online and was unable to find it in stores in my area. I read all the reviews and I found this bag for half off on Amazon and had to get it. I was leary of paying full price for it. I've been using it as my daily bag now for 7 weeks and love it. I have had no issues with fraying or stains. I have the cherry bloom pattern and love it. I haven't used this bag for an all day outing (say to the zoo) - I am looking for a backpack for those kinds of trips. But for daily use to the mall, shopping, parks, etc, this bag works great for me. I love the magnetic closures. I think the padded shoulder strap is comforable - I've worn it normal on one shoulder, and stretched out the strap to wear across my body. I'm a large woman (large chested and a size 18 and it fits me well as a messenger style across the body). It's very easy to adjust. I like the little handle on top of the bag too - it's easy to grab quick. The changing pad is decent, it might be a little small. My baby is 7 weeks old, so she fits just fine on it for now. I like the pockets on the inside. It helps me keep things organized without having to dig for my things when I need them. I have blindly reached into my bag numerous times and found just what I was looking for thanks to these pockets. And I LOVE how this bag can be strapped to the back of a stroller. I have only used it on my Graco Snugrider snap n go stroller, but it works beautifully. One piece of advice I have followed from a fellow reviewer was that I roll up the blankets, nursing covers, etc so that they don't take up as much room. After doing that I have found that I have a lot more room in this bag.
I do wish that it had the insulated pockets. I breastfeed and pump so I take 1-2 bottles with me on outings. I also use regular diapers, not cloth, and I can see how cloth would be bulky and this bag might not be for you. Here's what I keep in my bag:
1-2 bottles (playtex nursers) in the outside side pockets
keys in the front outside pocket
thermometer, chapstick, nail file, small hand sanitizer and phone in other outside front pocket
wallet and coupon organizer in the zippered pocket inside
Nursing cover rolled up on inside side pocket
Ziplock baggies, small lotion, saline and nose sucker on other inside side pocket
2 cloth diapers that I use as burp rags in the large inside pocket
4-5 size 1 diapers in back inside pocket
Huggies wipe case in other back inside pocket
In the main part of the bag: 2 receiving blankets (rolled up), 1-2 changes of clothes, an Amy Coe pacifier holder, a small container that holds bags for dirty diapers/clothes, and I have plenty of room to add stuff if needed. I have added snack baggies and sippy cups to this bag for my 4 year old on outings to the park. All in all I think this is a great bag, and I am so happy that I was able to find it for such a great deal! I am not sure I would be willing to pay the $65 price tag for it, but then again, I'm cheap and love a good bargain!

This is a decent diaper bag in terms of size and construction. However, I had to return it because a couple of the buttons were not attached properly. In addition, I was wary of the durability of the fabric.

We have this bag in Uptown Stripe!
This bag has more + than - for us. The bag is significantly smaller than a normal diaper bag. Pockets have magnet closures which are great instead of zippers or snaps, much quicker when you only have one hand. However, if you put small items in them and the bag tips, you will lose them. That is the only reason this got 4 instead of 5 stars. The pockets on the outside are reasonably sized. We fit my wallet/checkbook, a toy or two, and quick grab things like teething gel, diaper balm, granola bar, water bottle, etc. The inside pockets are ok - there is one large pocket in the center, two pockets on the back side of the bag and one larger one on the front. For the most part they are just used to separate items in the bag. Then there is one large "magazine" pocket on the back. We use that for paperwork, books, etc. if I take them along.
All that being said... we cloth diaper and breastfeed. I would NOT recommend this bag for someone bottle feeding, unless you plan on carrying an extra bag/cooler for bottles or are only going out for a quick trip. If you use bottles and cloth diaper - hah - find another bag. This one won't carry enough for you.
I fit 8 small - medium fuzzi buns, a pack of 50 wipes, a wet bag and a change of clothes on the inside of the bag + maybe a small toy. The outside always holds my wallet on one side and a water bottle on the other. If that's all you carry - this bag ROCKS. It's durable, comfy to carry and the strap is easily adjustable. Oh - and my husband will even carry the bag in the Uptown Strip - apparently it looked "manly" enough :-)) haha.

I love the Wave Dot pattern but was largely unimpressed with the new Skip Hop Dash bags. I owned my first Skip Hop Dash back in 2007, and it was a heavier, nicer canvas, not as flimsy. The sewing and materials on older Dashes are much higher quality - no loose threads like on the newer Dashes. Also, I found it hard to adjust the strap without the strap getting all tangled up on the side plastic hardware. Sorry Skip Hop, your bags still look nice, but the quality seems to have gone way downhill!
