an awesome double stroller! I hesitated at first, when I saw the price for this stroller, but after getting it in the mail, I feel like it is worth every penny that I spent. When I read reviews about this stroller, I saw that there were a lot of complaints about filling the tires with air. This is not such a hard task if you actually read how to work the air pump. The pull-out tubing is flexible and allows you to fill the tires easily. I also bought the fleece set, the deluxe seat covers, and the parent's organizer. This stroller is much lighter than my Eddie Bauer double stroller (I wouldn't consider it heavy at all), and the best part about it is that it can fit in my SUV without having to put the third row down (like I have to do with the Eddie Bauer). My daughter is a tall five year old, and she can fit in both the front and the back of this stroller very easily, and she isn't squished in the front because her legs are too long like she is in the Eddie Bauer. While there are a few things that I would change about this stroller, I am very happy with my purchase. We now own both the Kooper and the Ergo, and to me, you get a lot of bang for your buck.
Things I would change (already contacted Joovy about them):
- Front part of the canopy being the flimsy fleece material. Why couldn't they keep it consistent and make it like the rear part of the canopy?
- They should make it so that the carseat can not only attach to the rear of the stroller, but the front of it as well.
- I think the cupholders should be able to attach somewhere near the rear seat, and not just where the tray would go in the front. That way if you're using the tray in front, you can still use the cupholders for either mom or other child in back.
- Rear seat could be a little bit wider since there is a decent size gap behind the rear seat and the back of the front seat.
- Attachment for infant carseat could somehow be used for a back rest on the rear seat. At first, that's what I thought it was also used for, but then I realized it didn't serve a double purpose and that it was only designed for use with the infant carseat.

I to wanted to love this stroller! I do in some ways...
I love that my 3 year old fits in front, and she should be able to fit there for a few more years (very spacious). My 1 year old fits perfectly in the front too with lots of room to grow! I didn't mind paying the price, but I did expect higher quality from Joovy, since we had tried the Joovy Original and love it. Let's start with the wheels, no problems so far. I would have loved to have the larger wheels on the front; it would have made a soother ride for the kids & made it easier to push for the parents. The small wheels are fine; it just would have been nice to have the same wheels up front. The basket is large and fits a large diaper bag, a medium purse, and a few odds an ends. The front seat is a great mesh design (wonderful for summer). The tray is a little higher than my last stroller, but it works out just fine with both of my children. We love the 5 pt. latch system. We did buy the extra padding for the seats...provides more comfort and warmth due to the front seat being made of mesh material. It also help my 1 yr during nap and keep them both a little warmer in the winter months. There is plenty of leg room in the front seat and back as well. What I don't like about the front seat it that it will come unlatched. It moves to the reclining position by itself. The latch area needs to be redesigned so that the bar will hook and only come unhooked when the position lever is released by the parent. My 3 yr old loves the back stand and seat; we love the 3 pt latch system! I wish it would the seat would have slid back and forth to provide more foot room, but it does it's job. The canopy is large! I like it except the very front of the canopy that goes over the front seat. It is made of a soft/floppy material...it flops around and is often in my daughter's eyes because there is no way to position it. I wish it would have been made of the material that covers the back seat area; it also collects lint, is not water proof, and is poorly made. The baby car seat attachment is wonderful. One of the best on the market. I love that the baby is facing the parent! The locking wheels are nice, but you have to double check them to make sure that they are both alignment correct before locking the system. Easy folding and opening. The other down fall is that for the price it does not come with a parent tray... All in all, this is pricey but a good/average stroller...I just truly dislike the front canopy; it is awful. The front seat position mechanism needs to be redesigned! Plus, a parent try would have been nice!

I seriously wanted to love this stroller, especially for the money we paid for it. My biggest complaint is the tires. The front wheels don't turn easily, therefore turning this beast is an absolute nightmare. My back tires loose air quickly, and filling them up is next too impossible due to the poor design of the tire. There is virtually no way to get an air pump in between the stem and the rim to refill the tires. I hate this stroller, I've never said that about any stroller I've owned and I have owned many. Even my double jogger, which I thought was a big pain in the butt wasn't as aggravating, it at least turned on a dime!
Other issues, the shade is pathetic, especially the extended sun shade which is a flimsy piece of fleece. The plastic scratches easily. For the price you pay for this stroller it should come with seat covers! My goodness that front mesh seat is hard as a rock! And without the seat covers on cold days... make the ride that much more uncomfortable for my little guy. And like another pointed out, this stroller is too long. It doesn't look so in the pictures but in real life it is. I have to keep the sun shade off in order to fit it in the back of my mini van. And the brakes don't work great either. Several times I have pushed down on them and felt a click but it was not actually locked down and the stroller kept on rolling. Dangerous!!!
As for being heavy, yeah well its a double stroller... that's to be expected!
If I could return this stroller I would, instantly! Waste of a lot of money!!
EDITED:
I called the company and they did ship new front wheels out to me almost no questions asked. Their customer service is great. However the more weight you put on this stroller the harder it is to move. Right now we use it with my 3 year old who weighs 32-lbs he sits in back and my 1 year old who weighs 23-lbs sits in front. Max capacity on this stroller is 90lbs, so we're far under that. The new wheels are much better, but still not good. If you're trying to turn into a doorway and there's a door jam, the front tires just won't make it over. Turning is still extremely difficult. It is just not a good stroller to use unless you're looking for a good arm workout, my arms hurt after a trip to the mall.

I purchased this stroller for my newborn and 3 and a half year-old daughters. I love that my Chicco newborn carrier fit perfectly and securely near me while pushing the stroller and I am able to maneuver as easily as someone can with a double stroller. The stroller appears to be well made and has a smooth ride with the inflated tires. The stroller is also, very easy to put together out of the box and ample storage space below the seats. This stroller was well worth the price; I actually think for what you get, they could charge more :)
The only thing I don't like is that when you collapse the stroller it does not stand up. I live in the Chicago area and when the roads are salted my stroller got dirty since you have to let it fall to the ground. It also took me a few tries to collapse it. Once you figure it out, it is super easy.
I did not get the seat covers and I think it looks great without them. I plan to buy the parent organizer for the stroller though.

I love this stroller! We have an almost 4 year old boy and 5 month old girl. Our son is very tall for his age (already at 42 inches tall) & all the other sit and stand strollers were too small. The covers were never tall enough in even the Joovy Ultralight and didn't provide enough shade for the rider in the front.
With the Ergo I am able to keep my little girl in the car seat which is right at the back of the stroller where I can reach her easily. My son can still fit in the seat in the front and the shade cover keeps him well protected from the sun. He loves having the 2 cup holders for drinks and snacks. He even fits in the back on the bench seat with the shade cover and likes the side windows.
Pros:
~ The Car seat is right near the handle so the baby is easy to reach
~ The shade covers work well for the front and back of the stroller, especially for taller or older kids
~ The basket underneath is very large, especially compared to every other sit and stand stroller on the market and it is easy to reach.
~ The cup holders and tray option are great for the front rider
~ Steering is pretty easy for the size
~ Very well made and durable
~ Folds up relatively small and can fit in the back of my Mercury Mountaineer
~ The steering handle is nice and tall and fits me (5'7") and my husband (6'4") comfortably
~ Folding it up is pretty easy and so is unfolding it
~ The Bench seat in the back snaps open and closed so you can get to the storage basket easily
~ Car Seat adapter is easy to use and easy to get the car seat in and out
~ There are many colors to choose from for the seat pads
~ Parent organizer is great - holds 2 cold drinks without spilling (as long as you have good lids) and cell phone, keys and a couple other small things. We got ours free when we bought the stroller at the Joovy warehouse (if you buy online you need to pay for the organizer in addition to the stroller and seat pads).
Cons:
~ Heavy - not easy to lift into the back of the suv
~ It does not come with the seat pads - we had to buy that in addition to the stroller.
~ You need to fold it and unfold it on the ground - not that big of a deal but a little more work for your back
~ The front seat is so far away it is hard to hear your little ones talk
Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and think it is worth the investment.
