We have had horrible experiences dealing with Chicco's customer service department. We were simply missing one of the accoutrement pieces to our item. First they emailed back and said that they were out and couldn't help, then they emailed and asked for pictures, verifying documents, and serial numbers / control numbers. Two months after beginning our conversations with them we are still no closer to getting anything than when we started.
I think Chicco is all about selling you something without support, which is much different than our experience with other manufacturers of baby products. We think it is important that the company that sells us something keeps their promises and supports parents the best that they can to make sure that their children are safe and comfortable. Chicco is not a company that lives up to that standard.

We have been using this stroller for a year and a half. It is very compact, easy to use, comfortable for our daughter and durable. Our daughter who is almost two years old still likes to nap in it when we go on walks. It is compact enough to take on public transportation, but also sturdy and stable enough to hang shopping bags on the handles. We have even taken walks with it on unpaved, narrow and hilly hiking trails. Highly recommended. The only downside is that you have to be very careful with your fingers when clasping the harness. It tends to pinch.

this is the second chicco capri stroller we bought. we bought the tangerine one for my son and this topazio one for my daughter (i don't like the pink one). its great, has decent storage for an umbrella stroller and paired with a sunshine kids Stroller Accessory Buggy Buddy, is great for drinks and snacks.
the only complaint is that its kinda hard to use the latch to lock the stroller, you really have to press down hard on it.
the cover is a great idea, but honestly, in the year that we have had the stroller, we've never used it, as when we travel, we use it in the airport and check it in at the gate.
i wish they came in more colors - like purple!

I love the stroller overall. The one issue that I have with it is that my feet hit the wheels as I push it. The stroller itself is great and my daughter loves it. She appears to be comfortable and happy. The arm length is quite nice and I don't have to stoop down, even though I am 6'1. I find that it is a great, lightweight, stroller and for the money this is a great buy.

The stroller is well-made, and our son likes riding in it as well as he likes riding in any stroller. It is a lightweight travel stroller, not a travel system, so it's not as stable as other strollers and doesn't have much storage. It was more difficult to get into the travel bag than we expected but met most of our expectations based on the product description and price. Unfortunately, it is uncomfortable for both my husband and I to push. At 5'8" and 6'1", we found ourselves having to bend down to hold onto the handles. More problematic, though, was the fact that our feet hit the stroller as we walked. We tried to adjust our strides, stand farther back from the stroller, etc., to no avail. This made it impractical for us to use as a travel stroller because we walk a lot when we travel.
