     "Not bad" 2010-06-01
    By C. Storey (MN)
Overall, I find this to be a good travel system, but there are a few things I would change. Most importantly, the storage area under the stroller is very small and even our baby's diaper bag does not fit into it. I also feel that the material that the baby sits on in the car seat is hot, and does not breathe well ~ my baby is always getting very sweaty in it. Finally, the stroller is very bulky. The design makes opening and collapsing it very easy, but I have a 4 door mid sized car, and the stroller LITERALLY almost does not fit in the trunk. Though in the end I have managed to make it fit, I basically can't fit anything else in the trunk when it's in there. It is also rather bulky, and can be difficult to manage for some people. Overall, I do think that this is a well made, safe product, but I would probably purchase a different one if I had to do it again.

I must say this is the best stroller out there for its price and features,I actually bought it when I decided to travel internationally and I didnt wana take my Bugaboo Bee bcoz of how airlines treat carry on luggage! So I wanted a good looking and lightweight stroller with a nice understorage basket and I must say Handsdown!!! to this stroller it is awesome!!! plz if u are reading my review buy it...it has everything...easy steering, easy opening and closing, comfortable 5 point harness seat which reclines too, modern colors, big basket, cupholder for parents and tray for ur baby which he can hold on too plus u can attach velcro toys with it,great canopy, good quality tires,.....in short this stroller is a copy of European stroller Bugaboo Bee for fraction of its price and a better basket.....Dont go waste ur money on those cheap 30 dollar strollers bcoz ur child will outgrow them very soon...this is literally ur perfect umberella stroller...I agree with the reviwer who wrote she will buy it in a heartbeat again,I think I will too!!!!U will simply love it :)

 "<3 this stroller!" 2010-08-09
By CHG (NE, OH USA)
I bought this stroller to travel with as we have a running stoller with a staionary front wheel. Took it to the park last night to get a feel for it and discovered that I LOVE this stroller. Great canopy(comparably), easy to fold and light (maybe not THAT compact but I have a small car and there is plenty of room for other items in my trunk), sooo easy to push (wheels like a dream), love the tray and parent cup holder, but most of all I love that it reclines. My 9.5 m.o. fell asleep with it in an upright position and there was enough recline so that she wasn't flopping forward like she would in the umbrella stroller we recieved as a gift. Also, I am 5'7" and this is comfortable for me to push. My husband is 6'3". Not as comfy for him but I am pretty sure that nothing will be. (Did I mention how much room is in the basket...that can be acessed from the front or back???)

"it is a little thing, but..." 2010-08-07

this stroller is (so far)everything the other reviewers claim and, I hope, my final of 5 strollers in the past year! I won't bother reiterating all the positives that have already been mentioned, instead I will bring something up that no one else has commented on.

when you end up having to change the shoulder straps from the lower spot to the higher, seriously think about just letting your child go to a 3 point harness (just strapped around his/her waist) instead of going through hell trying to move the straps up!! It seriously took me 10 times longer to do that than it did to do all the other assembly. The slots in the fabric don't line up with the slots in the back of the stroller so you are working blind, the buckles that the instructions so breezily say to push through the slots are bigger than the slots so you have to turn them sideways (while not being able to see where exactly the slots are). Then the fabric of the strap gets bunched up making it all but impossible to push anything anywhere. Then you are left trying to pull a 2 inch wide buckle that is jammed tight in the slot--you have no leverage, nothing to grab hold of, it is horrible.

I understand most people will be doing this once in the lifetime of the stroller, but there is no reason it should be so difficult. I have a cheapo portable high chair that has shoulder straps and they slide in and out of the slots easily, so it is not that this is an inexpensive stroller and Kolcraft didn't want to spend the money to make a better strap system and then pass that cost onto the consumer. It is just shoddy design and a shame considering all the other positives.

I hope that my stroller is just defective and that no one else has this issue, but I doubt it. Like I said, small issue, but boy it ticked me off at 11:30 pm when all I wanted was to make the stroller comfortable for my toddler and I had to spend a good hour on something that should have taken 5 minutes, tops. (plus I broke 2 nails, and well, there went the 5 star review!)

finally gave up our britax preview stroller which we had for our first born. now with our second we wanted something more light weight, and easier to push. this is by far the best. very light weight and easy to steer. my 10 month old, 23lb boy loves it. best choice we made, and can't believe we held on to that britax for so long.

"It will work when he's a little bigger" 2010-07-11

I'm sure it will work fine when he's a little bigger but right now it's a tad too loose. I haven't tried it in a shopping cart, it may work better there.

 "Fits in purse" 2010-07-08
By Online Shopper (Austin, TX USA)
I find this to be one of the most helpful items I have. I did the big shopping cart cover but my baby was happy to lean forward to bite on the bars or lean to the side. I also felt a little conspicuous putting the big kind on a shopping cart and dealing with the baby at the same time. This strap has fixed both those issues. I keep it in my big purse. I walk in the store and place the baby in the cart. I can then quickly remove from my purse and have my baby strapped in before the next person comes for a cart. I seem so much smoother as a mom now. It also helps keep my little girl sitting straight up and not leaning forward or the side. She does not mind it at all. At the end when dealing with the groceries and the baby I simply pull it off and slip it into my purse. People stop me while shopping to comment on it. Yes my baby can put her hands on the germy areas of the cart but at least now she can't put her mouth on anything.

 "Child restraint" 2010-07-08
By Elizabeth Beaugard (West Chester, PA USA)
It helps to keep my grandson in his chair but he can get out of it with effort. But I had a belt for my children over twenty years ago that had an additional part that came up between the legs. That worked much better.

 "must-have for wee ones" 2010-01-10
By PracticalIdealist (Cape Cod)
This versatile strap was purchased for securing my grandson in an infant snow-sled that I had ordered him for Christmas. Alas, when both the strap and the sled had arrived, it was quite apparent that the sled and its cushion configuration did not allow for securing him by this method (or, unfortunately, by any other means that we have been able to find). This minor expenditure, however, was not at all a loss. The Wrap Strap is exactly what was needed when my grandson first began being spoon-fed but was not yet sitting up entirely independently in a sturdy oak highchair that had been his Dad's and his uncle's. Along with a webbed lap-level, loop-anchored safety belt, this convenient strap keeps him comfortably contained in an upright posture, supporting him across his chest, under his arms, and between the spindles of the chair back, and easily fastened/adjusted behind the chair and safely out of his eventual reach. The Anywhere Safety Strap likely will be accompanying him (conveniently compactly) for the next few years on visits to other people's homes, restaurants, etc. (If you lack a "germ barrier" shopping cart seat liner with its own webbed safety belt, this strap also would be ideal for securing an infant or toddler in an unlined cart, as illustrated by Leachco.)

"Seems fine, but I don't use it" 2010-03-31
By K. Carson (MA, USA)
I bought this to keep the cats out of my baby's crib, but it turns out that taking it off and putting it back on every time I want to lift the baby out was just too much of a pain, so instead I keep the bedroom door closed. I imagine that something like this could be very valuable if you lived in a tropical climate and mosquito-born illness was a concern, but I live in New England and have screens on my windows, so I don't really need it at all.

Let me reiterate that the quality and function seem to be perfectly adequate. I rated it three stars because it's not a bad product, but it is inconvenient and unnecessary for my needs.

"Does the job for a great price" 2010-01-14
By kyouell (Oregon, USA)
I'm in a situation where I (stupidly) didn't buy the rain cover for my stroller when I bought the stroller. I'm in Oregon, what was I thinking? Once I came to my senses and realized I needed one the stroller manufacturer had changed their models' styling and no longer have a double stroller with 2 wheels in front. I emailed them to ask if the new cover would fit my year-old stroller and got no reply. I really didn't want to spend $45-50 on a cover that might not fit, so I tried looking for a more generic cover. I'm so glad I did!

This cover is so much cheaper and it does the job. No, it doesn't fit tightly, but it's vinyl and I'm glad fresh air is getting in there to my kids so I see that as a plus. My daughter sometimes hates having it over her shoes but the generically placed velcro means that I can still keep my son covered and dry while the 2yo gets a little rain on her hands. All in all I'm very thankful I tried the cheaper generic cover because I think her hissy fits would have meant I couldn't have used all the lock-down snaps on the more expensive custom cover, if it would have worked on our stroller at all.

I would give the thing 5 stars if it wasn't for all the time I had to have it sit in our mud room off-gassing before I was willing to use it.

 "it' ok, but....." 2007-10-02
By B. Morrow
So it would work just fine. However if you have a 19 month old sitting in the stroller that gives the whole thing a good kick, the two strapes on the bottom pop right of the cover and make it useless.

Edit, even though the two straps had popped off way to easily I have managed to fix it and make it even better. Just attach some velcro to the parts of the stroller and the parts of the cover that you want to connect. A bit of extra work, but really worth the time and the effort.
